Bookings

Deposits, refunds, cancelations, postponepents.

​​All bookings must be made in advance.

A non refundable 20% deposit (excludes casual golf) is required to secure the booking. This deposit will be acknowledged as credit should weather, illness or unforeseen circumstances arise causing the event to be cancelled or postponed.

Some activities require minimum numbers or a minimum fee. If minimum groups sizes are not met Glenside Station reserves the right to postpone or reschedule.

Glenside Station reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event due to weather circumstances. This is usually only restricted to some of the hosted Activities and Hole in one golf. ​​​​​

​​Under 16 require parent supervision. No children are to be left unattended.

Glenside station is a BYO venue.​​

After any booking or activity there is a fee per hour to stay on site. This fee is based upon group size.
